Dean Endorses Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride
The Freedom Ride will start September 20th in several cities including Seattle, San Francisco, and LA--almost a thousand immigrant workers and their allies will take busses into over 100 cities and towns across the US to draw attention to immigrant issues and to work towards reforming immigration laws in the US

1. He's a leader baby
Just another example of Dean as Johnny-on-the-spot.

While some criticize him for speaking off the cuff, I applaud him for taking a stand on things in the moment.

Dean proves time and time again that he doesn't wait to put his finger in the wind and agonize over what he should say, he just goes ahead and says it.

He never ceases to amaze me in his ability to address issues in a timely manner. And it never ceases to amaze me that he is the only one doing it, how hard is it for a candidate to take a moment to put out a statement to support a worthy cause or action? Not too hard but I don't see anyone else doing it.

IMHO the Dean blog is the only one that understands the blog ideal, the others are sad imitations.

2. Is This Why The Firefighters Are Abandoning Him?
IMHO Dean supporters think DU should be treated like their blog.

3. what do the NH firefighters union endorsement have to do with my post?
As far as Dean supporters thinking DU should be treated like their blog, I was here long before I knew anything about Dean and have witnessed plenty of internal bickering, especially during the midterm elections which served as a preview to what we see here today.

BTW, a minor annoyance with the Kerry blog, why is it backwards with the newest posts on the top so you have to scroll up through the threads instead of down?
