Miami Herald trashing all our candidates. It'll make you BOIL.

This abomination is in yesterday's Miami Herald. If this piece of garbage doesn't send spikes of adrenaline through your gut, nothing will.

Our strong field of Democratic presidential candidates have collectively served as Governors, Senators, Representatives and Ambassadors and yet someone pretending to be a journalist wrote this vitrioloc excrement for publication. If there were ever any doubt that these trolls will do ANYTHING to trash all that is good in order to steal the next election, this is it.

I need to go spit a few nails now. People, THERE IS GONNA BE A REVOLUTION. AND SOON.

The nine Democratic contenders for president remind me of a big family.

You have your four older siblings (Joe Lieberman, John Kerry, Richard Gephardt and Howard Dean) who are always fighting with each other; their little sister (Carol Moseley Braun) whom they ignore; and their kid brother (John Edwards) who would do anything to get noticed.

Next you have the angry uncle (the Rev. Al Sharpton) who could snap without warning and begin beating you with the sock full of nickels he keeps tucked away in his pocket; and the weird cousin (Dennis Kucinich) who used to eat paint chips as a child and now spends most of his time playing in the dirt under the back porch.

Finally there is crazy old grandpa who shows up to Thanksgiving dinner every year without his pants and thinks it's cute to drop his dentures into the sweet potatoes when nobody is looking. That's our Bob Graham.

Now everybody in the family may love grandpa, but nobody is going to give him the keys to the car -- if you know what I mean.

1. It's amazing how the strap lines in the RW media replicate

things you read here.

One of the frequent responses I've had to my posts, even when they have nothing to do with Edwards, is, "why isn't anyone paying attention to edwards" or some variation of that.

It makes no sense, because he's actually getting the attention of eveyrone who hears him.

And one of the most curious aspects of this mantra is that it's true to the extent that the media is ingorning him. Now, if you believe the media is intentionally ignoring him becuase he's the candidate with the best chance of winning, this comment in the Herald is especially interesting. The criticims is part of a spiralling spin logic. He's no good because we're not paying attention to him, but we're not paying attention to him because we're afraid that he'll catch fire.

In any event, it just makes you wonder where these mantras come from. They seem so organized and well-timed and seemingly calculated that it's hard to imagine that this article is reflecting an actual sentiment.

Is there some Instant Messaging campaign going on that I'm not a part of?

But the point of the piece was to hammer the home state senator Graham. Ouch.
