New Poll Shows Dean, Gephardt With 19 Percent

DES MOINES, Iowa -- A new poll shows former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean and Missouri Rep. Dick Gephardt deadlocked atop the field of Democrats in the Iowa caucuses. But more than a-third of those surveyed are undecided.

The poll shows Gephardt and Dean with 19 percent of those questioned. Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry is third with 10 percent. But all three are overshadowed by the 36 percent who haven't made up their minds.

I hate to see anyone so committed, that come spring they become totally disillusioned when their candidate doesn't make it.

Wake up folks. It's September a year out and candidates are still joining the race.
