The Honorable Candidate
With respect to all the mudslinging going on in the campaign, here are a few things we should all think very carefully about, no matter who we support.

If you want an honorable president, support an honorable candidate.

If you want a president who will bring the highest and noblest principles to the White House, support a candidate who brings the highest and noblest principles to the campaign.

1. OK. That's why I'm supporting a candidate who subscribes to the ...
Hippocratic Oath.

3. Got a laugh out of me!
I hate doctors about as much as I hate lawyers, which is not nearly as much as I hate cops. But repug, or just the same as repug, is the lowest on my list.

2. What Is Your Definition of Honor?
It might make a slight difference.

And you now where nice guys finish. Just ask Ms. Moseley-Braun.

4. That's why I'm supporting Dennis Kucinich
He is honorable, noble and the best candidate America has to offer. Why settle for less than Dennis?

5. For the record
The candidates I think are running the most honorable campaigns are, in order (best to worst):

1. Kucinich/Sharpton/Braun (tied)
2. Dean/Graham/Edwards (tied)
3. Gephardt
4. Kerry/Lieberman (tied)

Clark's not on the list because he hasn't really started running a campaign for real yet, so there's no way to know.

6. Which is why I support
John Edwards. He is fighting the good fight.

(OK, serious as shit, the first time around I typed, "He is fighting the food fight.")
