1. This guy was so vague in the debates... |
|
and now is so vague now...
I can't possibly see how this guy can win.
Not to mention he's a republican. Joe and Wes should start their own party...the "Republican Democrats"
Heck, Wes should take Joe as his running mate.
I won't be voting for Clark, ever! Only him and Holy Joe get that great award.
Oh yes, he isn't a great speaker either...unless it comes to stuff on war...that is the only time he feels comfortable infront of the mic.

2. Wes and Joe don't have a future together |
|

3. Joe doesn't have a career whatsoever...so yeah |
|
I'm still wondering why the hell Al picked him as his running mate.

What town meeting were you watching and from what planet? The man I watch, General Clark, was clear and concise in his answers. Obviouly a Kucinch supporter doesn't get it unless it is screamed out at them.

7. I'm watching the replay of his Town Hall Meeting tonight on C-Span. |
|
The only thing he gives details on is stuff dealing with war.
He'll give yes and no answers on everything else in a jittery unsure way.
He says he is pro-environent, pro-healthcare, pro this pro that...but doesn't say one damn thing more on those issues.
Who the fuck isn't pro healthcare? Give me a break Wes. Is he going to say "I'm so anti healthcare, you should vote for me."
Give me a break.
He has no details on domestic issues and his pro Israel can strike Palestinians at any time remark has lost the 2 cents of respect I had for him on the global issues(this is his strong point, right?).
Really now, I won't be voting for Wes Clark for anything...this guy is a joke.

5. As I said before...he knows where he stands on details on war... |
|
he just said Israel has the right to attack (suspected) Palestinian terrorists at anytime!
Bullshit Mr. Clark. BULLSHIT!
The whole I/P conflict would be much better off if the US of A would cut its aid to Israel...simple as that.
Supporting Israel's attacks on Palestinian villages and refugee camps is absolutely wrong.
Yes, my assesment of this man was right on...he is in the Joe Lieberman wing of the Democratic Party.
Get the hell out of here Wes.

As a Clark supporter, I have to admit that his high polling numbers against other Dems, against Bush, and the indications of success in fundraising are signs of his weakness as a candidate, and a signal that his campaign is just a whiff of ephemera.
Kucinich will CRUSH Clark. Clark cannot match Kucinich's rationality and ease.

9. One more thing that pissed me off |
|
Clark said that U.N. Resolution 1441 gave the USA the right to attack Iraq.
BULLSHIT!
It gave no such rights. It said that Iraq would face consequences if they didn't comply with cooperating with the inspectors.
IT GAVE NO FUCKING RIGHT TO WAR!
Wes Clark should be fucking ashamed ofr lying, as should all of his supporters for backing such a piece of shit candidate.

Thanks. I happen to think Clark has more integrity than Bush, and the old Democrats-cum-Republicans on stage do.
If it makes you feel better--and I'm being totally honest--you're little electronic stinkbomb caused me to donate more money to Clark. I don't know if I'll make it to the legal limit of $2000 by Nov 2004, but I'll get close if you keep going the way you're going.
Go Clark!

12. So you're withholding your endorsement from Clark |
|
for the moment? I'm sure the General, and all of us who support him, will be devastated!
Please, leave us to our grief. It would be too painful for you to watch...

13. I thought he was very good |
|
In fact, I was downright impressed. He does have a grasp of foreign affairs, you can call it military knowledge if you like, but I didn't take it that way at all. And he didn't say Israel could attack Palestinians any time they wanted. He said if they knew an attack was coming, Israel had a right to attack. That's imminent threat folks. At the same time he said he recognized that Hamas was not likely to disband because Palestinians feel that's their only leverage. So he acknowledged that it creates an escalating scenario and that Bush has failed because he has not stayed engaged causing unnecessary death and suffering. He also talked about the necessity of knitting together a trust between the various groups which can't happen with bombings and walls being built. It's sad that people hear one comment and don't continue listening to understand the entire context of the statement.
