Congressional Black Caucus, Fox News to Hold Second Debate
BALTIMORE — The second of two debates hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus (search) and Fox News Channel (search) will be held on Oct. 26 in Detroit, the Congressional Black Caucus announced Monday.

The CBC's Political Education and Leadership Institute (search) teamed up with FNC earlier this month to hold a debate at Morgan State University (search) in Baltimore, a traditionally black college. It was the first time all the candidates then competing in the race appeared together in a live prime-time debate.

The Oct. 26 debate, however, will include the 10th candidate to join the contest for the Democratic presidential nomination — retired Army Gen. Wesley Clark (search), who jumped into the contest after the first CBCI-Fox News debate aired. The other nine candidates signed up to attend the Detroit debate before the first forum was held.

Fox News Channel, which operates FoxNews.com, is owned by News Corp., and can be seen in 82 million homes.

1. Wonder who's moderating it.

I bet it'll be O'Fuckilly. With more LaRouche supporters. CBC should call forward and screen out those morons and take over the Faux channel by storm and define what's "fair and balanced", meaning that everyone will have a chance to say their piece, and furthermore, should also keep out the LaRouche supporters or at least muzzle them. Finally, kick out O'Fuckilly and put it a truly independent moderator.
