Not counting Clark (who just joined the race), only 2 candidates raised more in the 3rd quarter than they did in the 2nd quarter. Who were they?

The prize is being the first (and only) instance so far of stating this obvious fact. Since I most likely won't be reading about it in the press, I was looking for some confirmation otherwise. Cheers.

I think I also heard that he was "sinking fast", "burning through all his money" or even "practically broke" (one of our favorites posters had that one on good authority from someone in the campaign, if you recall)

...hmmmm, that was quite a while ago that he made that statement. I wonder what the total is now? Shouldn't that other candidate be doing better in the polls instead of worse?
