6. I voted straight party-

for the first time in my entire life. (mostly because there was a Dem running for every office on the ballot this time.)

The new ES&S voting machines were in use for the first time in my district. Folks, there's something very creepy about it being so easy. Maybe it's because the worry of corruption is already in my head but, I'm telling you, I hated that feeling.

I looked at the machine, and as you feed your ballot in, it gives the total number of votes recorded, and there is NO way to know it's recorded the way you marked it. I can't do anything but sit back and hope like hell this machine says what I told it to say. I just do not like this at all.*sigh*

But we're getting closer! We'll turn this county over in the next decade or so...I hope!
