What happened to ABB*?
I've avoided a lot of debates here, because I deemed them non-productive. I did, however, think there was a general consensus that whoever got the democratic nomination we were all agreed that any nominee within the democratic convention would be better than Bush.

Howard Dean is looking strong now, and there are occasional voices saying they might simply not vote, or they know people who might not vote if Dean is the democratic candidate. Pardon me, but wtf is this?

I would vote for Lieberman if it got Bush and his cohorts out! The current administration has GOT to go!

Guys, c'mon, even if you hate Dean...do you think the Dean administration would include Rumsfeld, Rice or Cheney?

The folks hinting they would abstain from voting are cutting off their noses to spite their faces.

My thoughts, anyway

1. Agreed
As I've said to my friends, even Nixon was a better president. The only Democrat I wouldn't vote for would be Zell Miller and he's not running.

2. What Dean administration? Shouldn't we have an election or two first?

That said, anybody who would consider not voting for the Democratic nominee is just nuts.

3. I voted for Dukakis, I'll vote for Dean.
And I hope I'll be proven wrong about Dean.

support whoever the Dem nominee was. Still waiting to hear from the others.

So add Dean to your ABB list.

8. Dean took funds from Halliburton.
He would just be more of the same or worse. If a real Democrat (any of the other eight) wins the nomination, I'll back the nominee.

10. Dean has an "A" from the NRA and used theConfederate flag like a trademark

Dean has an "A" from the NRA, was endorsed by them 8 times and used the Confederate flag like a trademark on the truck he created in stump speeches for 11 months. dean seems alot more like George wallace than Bill Clinton. From this sorry episode, Dean has convinced me to even reconsider Lieberman.

9. Well, how about you Dean supporters? Will you pledge ABB
Seems kind of hypocritical to demand ABB of all other supporters, if you are unwilling. On the subject, I will fight tooth and nail against Dean. I think his will make a bad president for the same reasons as Bush and I also doubt he will ever get there. That being said, if he is the nominee I will smile and out shout those GOP bastards with "Dean for Pres." and stick a The Doctor is in" sign in my yard. How bout you? Will you wear a Kerry or Clark button with pride and keep the grassroots going?

11. I'll vote For Zell Miller
In fact, I'll probably write him in, anyway. He's the only one that knows where the Party should go.
