From ABC NOTE: Democrats five step game plan to beat Bush
This was found in today's NOTE:

Democrats five step game plan to win in 2004:

1) Focus on insecurity over how things are going in Iraq.

2) Talk about the economy in a way that resonates with voters despite signs of economic recovery.

3) Hit President Bush's personal reputation and likablility.

4) Focus on the 17 states which Bush claimed a narrow victory--or a narrow loss--in 2000 and gin up the base.

5) Channel the soft money which used to go towards "party building" into 527 groups mobilizing against Bush.
