Dean...yes...its true...got it from the horse's mouth so to speak.

The YDNAU Group did a survey afterward. 6 Dean supporters now support
Kucinich!
...and the DK team also won over the GLBT group on campus from Dean! WAY TO GO TEAM!

Joe Lieberman's daughter was there and she told our AZ chair that he was the best stand-in for Dennis she had seen yet. (Kevin rocks!)

5. Like I've heard so many times before

many Dean supporters are just Kucinich supporters who haven't heard Dennis speak yet!

I encountered a similar situation at a candidates forum at the U of MN last month. Lots of supporters for Kucinich, Dean, Clark, Kerry, even a few Liebermann supporters (none others are represented in MN right now). Lots of folk came over to DK after we laid out his positions, and how they differed from the others.

And you're right, AZ ain't all Repubs!!! My dad in Scottsdale is, but my aunt (his sister) in Phoenix is a die-hard, life-long New Deal Democrat (although they both grew up in northern MN-- SOLID lib/radical country).
