I ripped off this quick email response to this douchebag. How'd I do?

Mr. Rosen,
Wouldn't it have made sense to include an online poll with your online article, "Who do you trust: us, or Michael Moore?" If you had, I have a sneaking suspicion that the answer to the question in your article's title would have been provided in a clear way. Perhaps you're not truly interested in the answer to the question and would rather just pose it? Perhaps you are frightened to find out what most people already know?
The "news" stopped being something that most people could trust for accuracy, fairness, or unbiased presentation of facts long ago. What the American public has been left with is, unfortunately, a form of "infotainment" that generally fails to inform or enlighten the viewing public in any meaningful ways. So, yes, Michael Moore's movie is a breath of fresh air. If nothing else, it provides the other side of the story that the mainstream media has neglected for so long. In that sense, it helps to move the debate over critical issues forward, because it provides a forum for the other half of the argument. To curtly criticize it for that only proves your hypocrisy.

1. You did great - here's my reply
"Dear Phil,

I believe in my own research and reading abilities. I was fairly certain BEFORE George Bush invaded Iraq that there were no WMDs there and told people at that time that it was highly doubtful any would be found. My nephew, drawn into the US media “groupthink,” chortled at my “naiveté.” He later came to me and acknowledged sheepishly “you were right, but how did you know?”

I responded, “Quite simple, I long ago turned off the boob tube, stopped my subscriptions to the local rag and tired “mainstream” periodicals and took up researching and reading real facts from a wide variety of sources, that’s how I knew.”

So, to answer your question: “Who do you believe: us, or Michael Moore?” Though I don’t believe Mr. Moore possesses the whole body of truth about the disgracefully wasteful, deadly, radically un-American, anti-democratic Cheney/Bush policy positions and debacles, I most assuredly don’t believe you lazy, groupthink media sloths."
