NPR: Schorr just can't get over his hatred of Clinton
So Daniel Schorr is doing his usual doddering shtick on NPR's Morning Edition Sunday, and ends his piece with, "I just can't imagine what Berger's motives were for taking those papers."

Maybe I've missed something, but weren't "the papers" merely copies? Schorr himself said the archivist went to Berger's house and picked them up. I know this is all just part of The Cabal's smokescreen for the 9/11 and the torture reports that were released last week.

I think that, like Bill Cosby, age is catching up to Schorr. While he never hid the fact that he despised Clinton, this hatred has obviously impaired his critical thinking skills and caused him to grab on to the whore bandwagon.

2. What was Nixon's opinion of Daniel Schorr?
You should really educate your self.

3. That was a long time ago - people change
I stopped listening to Daniel Schorr when he spent 15 minutes trashing Clinton over 'Vandalgate'. He had been losing credibility steadily but that was the last straw for me. At some point you have to wonder why don't journalists do their own homework before they trash someone for something they didn't do.

Self-education should never stop.

4. That's the point
The fact that Schorr was on Nixon's "enemies list" seems to be his sole remaining credential for being considered "a liberal." It is getting very threadbare by now.

His commentaries and columns for the past several years have taken a very sharp turn to the right. Once he became obsessed with The Clenis, he has only attacked democrats while routinely giving The Cabal a pass.

7. As Lewis Black Said...
As Lewis Black of The Daily Show said, "C'mon guys!! You have to hate in the Now!"

The disappointment felt by the wingnut community when they finally had to accept that Hillary Clinton--as she had vehemently and consistently insisted throughout the primary season--was indeed not going to run was more than palpable. I wonder if some of these fellows would have secretly voted for her had she. After all, they can't seem to conceal the venomous nostalgia they feel for the Clinton years. Cripes, while I hadn't forgotten him, even with the release of his memoirs, I find myself devoting very little thought or talk to Clinton and his presidency, and as a Democrat, I think I'm hardly unique in this respect.

I hope they keep it up though. You guys just go ahead and focus on winning in '92 and '96--we've got our eyes on 2004...

Robert

8. Daniel Schorr gets credit for at least one public service
After Bushboy's inauguration, he was the only media commentator to mention the crowds of protestors in D.C. and to wonder why the mainstream media didn't show them, since he'd attended every inauguration since Eisenhower's second, and he'd never seen anything like it.
