Is the Media Frightened?
the media is now getting a bit scared of their own coverage of Bush falling over his feet last week, so they're rushing to be "objective," to balance out the post-presidential debate commentary with "it was pretty much a draw" style judgments on Edwards/Cheney.

Bush is frightened now. The media is frightened of Bush frightened.

1. Hey! It's a feedback loop!
And Bush is frightened of the media being frightened of Bush being frightened, ad infinitum.

2. Add the high rate of spin that the Rove bot is already
putting out, and the likelihood is that when things fall out of line, they will end with a massive slam.

The whole lying scam from Cheney at the debate could only work if the media had agreed to go along, and backed out. Otherwise, why would Cheney/Rove be that stupid?

3. Keith Olbermann on Countdown didn't
drop the ball. He was great as usual.
