The military was there on April 13 and took out 200 tons of munitions.

That leaves about 175 MM

The imbedded reporter and his camera were there on April 18. Their video clearly shows munitions.

So
1.) We still have 175 MM of explosives unaccounted for.
2.) We have a site unguarded for at least 5 days.

It's still an issue that Kerry can use.
