So I watching CSI:NY and we reach the end where all the evidence is summed up and lo and behold a news flash. Arafat is dead. Damn I missed the end of the show. Arafat's death doesn come under the heading of breaking news for me. I knew it was any day now.
Just venting.
Never mind.

Assuming we watch the same show (i'm up in Canada). As for the cafe massacre, that was commited by the managers husband, the guy that owned the car shop - she was going to leave him and move upstate to get away from his junkie brother.

today we might be able to count on the soap watcher vote. They interrupted GH yesterday with the Ag announcement and there were some mighty pissed off soap fans. I combed some of the message boards last night and it was halarious to see some of the comments about the interruption. :)
BTW I missed the ending tooo. Was there a plot twist or were the final suspects guilty?

CBS Apologizes for Breaking Into Drama
Nov 11, 5:01 PM (ET)
NEW YORK (AP) - CBS apologized Thursday for breaking into its prime-time drama "CSI: NY" for a special report on Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's death, blaming an "overly aggressive" producer.
The 10:55 p.m. EST report on Wednesday cut off the ending of the popular forensics drama, prompting a cascade of viewer complaints.
The network said the "CSI: NY" episode would be repeated in its entirety 10 p.m. EST Friday.
The report came just five minutes before local news broadcasts in the East and Midwest. ABC and NBC waited until the local news to break the story; in the West, NBC ran a "crawl" with the news at the bottom of the screen.
"An overly aggressive CBS News producer jumped the gun with a report that should have been offered to local stations for their late news," the network said in a statement. "We sincerely regret the error."
CBS News spokeswoman Sandy Genelius declined to identify the producer or say whether the person faced disciplinary action.

How pathetic is this? As I said in another post, it's more comforting for a lot of people to deal with illusion than with reality. Is half the reason for * "win."
