Keith Oberman asks questions about Bev Harris

I have put my faith into the Bev Harris' of this world (Black Box Voting). Now I read Keith Oberman's direct experience with her and I have the same questions as he does.

Like Jack Friday would say ...."just the facts Mam".....

I hope this isn't a dupe....because he wrote it on Dec. 1st.

So what.

Report the fraud. Don't get sidetracked.

We don't need another fiasco like the guard story where everyone focused on the fonts of a supporting memo that was acknowledged to be factually correct, and on Dan Rather himself, and they stopped reporting that Bush was AWOL - which was the REAL news story.

Right now, the real news story is fraud. Not Bev, not Keith. It's the fraud.

Anything else is gossip.

From Dec. 2nd:

"Complicating our effort is the fact that even as we hoped to provide a platform to publicize and illuminate her efforts, Ms. Harris had returned none of the messages left on her own voicemail by Countdown staffers since she spoke to our staffers briefly, twice, during the week of November 8. Only today did she even get back in touch with us, and was so belligerent, threatening, and demanding, that we have chosen to withdraw our invitation to her to appear, or to have videotape of her efforts played, on Countdown.

Threats against myself or my staff will not be tolerated. We are not only busting our humps on the voting irregularities beat, but we remain the only mainstream news organization to continue to cover this vital story. It's safe to say that both Keith and Bev are American heroes, whether or not they happen to get along.

9. YOU ALL DO KNOW THE LATEST ABOUT THE VOLUSIA

lawsuit, right?

You all went so fast to divorce yourselves from her that I guess it's no suprise that nobody posted it. The courts threw out the lawsuit that was filed by the resident who Bev was working with. It was thrown out because it was filed a day late. However, the courts gave them ten days to amend the lawsuit and they will refile.

So, something is happening. It may not be what we like. But it's happening.
