Tweety became intolerable when his somewhat balanced discussion program devolved into a nightly whorefest. I stopped watching when his interruptions started occuring so quickly, frequently, and irrationally that you couldn't even tell what was being discussed.
The other night, I mustered the stomach to check him out for a few minutes, and it was glaringly obvious---
This guy has lost it altogether. He's full-blown crackers. Mad as a March hare. Bull-goose looney.
I think he may have developed Tourette's as well. He just blurts shit out.

They have made a new commercial for his show. It is really sad and shows his ego is out of control. He crows that he makes people answer the questions they don't want to answer.

... or incompetence ... just pick a transcript at random and read it. His shows make no sense and he always manages to pull a bizzaro world question out of his ass just when you think he might ask a tough question.

For example, in this excerpt he's been talking to his guests about the president's popularity ratings:

MATTHEWS: Joe, I want to ask you a question because I think the sea is turning...

Mr. CARLSON: (To Katty Kay) Exactly. Exactly.

MATTHEWS: ...and I think people watching this program right now are thinking, `I don't mind this rough talk about the president right now. Maybe a couple of months ago I was more sensitive. I do want to know what he's up to. I'm not sure he knows what he's doing.' Has that changed to make this election to look like a really good one, a close one?


Whaaa???? Is that all these numbers mean to you? Are you a psychopath? Is that all you want? A close race? There is something behind the plummeting numbers. Go and find out what they are, you lazy son of a bitch, and then ask an intelligent question.
