don't tune him in every day...I hope we didn't set up Big Ed...but if we did...we had to do it to counteract the RW Juggernaut...

I still do not believe he's doing Payola but understand that he knows how those Thugs work...so as a new voice they will say Franken, Garofalo, Rhodes, Malloy and Hartmann are all "On the Dole..."

So...I see where he's coming from. :shrug: We needed Big Ed to get to the "Rush doubters..who just listen to "fit in."

I like him for what he does. AND...he has more of our Dem Congresspersons and Senators than any MEDIA out there today..on his show...

or he figured it out today, but there was some article where he said something like "i'm on the air b/c of Democrats" or some such wording.

so the article said "Democratic Party" and he denies he said that...spent a while justifying his remark, and said he was ready for the show...

hope someone tunes in to fill us in.

11. Ooh, sorry, I was gone a while. Here is what I meant.

They are going after the Democrats in an effort to make Armstrong look ok. It was very prominent on google today about how they were comparing Schultz to Armstrong Williams.

They are going to try to turn it all on us. I don't know what is going on, I heard something on AAR but did not understand. I can't find the article now. It was on the right wing rag NewsMax, which showed up on google.

I will look again. Sorry, was not meaning to cryptic, just very amazed how time and time again they turn it back on us and get away with it.

I posted more on the thread over in General Discussion. Rule #2 was invoked, then Bill went after Ed being painted as a "Far Left Democrat", and the that Jones Radio advertising is not really real advertising, and then the abortion issues (used the partial birth card).

Bill would not make eye contact at the end, and made a comment that "I work here, so what I say is the truth".

His segment is on at 40 past the hour for all who will tune into the replay later night.

13. yes.. he did hold his own. I had the whole thing on "mute" because I've

never seen O'Liely (really...just have read so much on DU about how he treats his guests) but I figured they'd hold off Ed until the end. It's all about ratings and O'Liely needed a bump tonight I guess so he has "Big Ed" on to accuse him of being "paid by Dems" inferring that he's somehow like Armstrong Williams...and Ed didn't take the bate. It was such a short interview...but I can see why folks who watch Faux here dislike that retard O'Reilly...

I hope he knows his little ratings bounce was due to "Big Ed" fans muting all of Faux til the end just to see Ed... Otherwise it just my go to his already swelled head. I guess phone sex didn't even bring that guy down...:shrug:

just curious, since Franken has been airing regularly the call in interpretations of O'Retch's phone sex dialogue...i hope Franken runs it into the ground to the point everyone has the talking points subliminally memorized.

15. I get it from Chapel Hill, NC...but the sound comes in and out. I'm

thinking about getting a sattelite radio because the static is too much...I'm not that far from Chapel Hill so, to my way of thinking, the signal should be clear. Yes, it's Jones Network. It's on after AA and Franken. I don't care for Franken and the format..so I catch Schultz when I'm able to..through the static.

I've also listened to him online if I'm doing work here at home on the computer. At least on my computer the sound is clear...

it's humorous, and at the same time she spanks the right one...two...one...two...
She has a guy that does impressions of *, Rummy, and many others , lots of special audio effects with news headlines.

i admit, it's sometimes juvenile, but i get up each day looking forward to the insanity of it too.
She has call-ins from local NC that are clued in, and the rest of the country too.

please give it a listen, i think you'll laugh early day too.

and damn, we need a good laugh these days.
