Sen Boxer was magnificent. We're fortunate that someone so smart and principled is in the Senate. Who could ever have imagined that such a detailed discussion about *torture* would be called for in a cabinet confirmation hearing? Chokes me up.

I missed the hearings this morning and am just getting to them now. Wow!! I agree with you, Rose Siding, Sen. Boxer was magnificent! There's just no other way to say it. She came across as smart and gutsy and determined to get the truth into the record. And she hammered the administration with it's own words. Beautiful.
