How to Drudge (Photoshop) a photo
I got so damned mad this morning, when the news chick on Imus reported the Drudged story of the Clinton/Kerry supporter pic as ABSOLUTE FACT...

That I blogged about how easy it is to create that pic:

The instructions are on my blog (link under the burning Bush).

I have had it with these pathetic asswipes!

1. Should we all blast Imus with the instructions and nail the bitch?
I'd love it!

3. I was wondering about that picture. It would be great if this was a
doctored photo.

4. I dunno, they both could be real pics.
They could be two shots where the woman moves in closer leaving her hand in essentially the same position to whisper something to Clinton or give him a peck on the cheek. Big deal! It could also be two frames of a video clip.

I'm not sure though. but if you look at her hand, it looks like her index finger moves up under his ear lobe. That wouldn't be the result of photoshopping, but suggests that it is a different picture.

5. Look at her shoulder. Linda Blair-ish twist...
in the Drudged photo.

The chick on Imus said this pic was taken in Clinton's neighborhood at night.

Wrong.

The pic is from a Kerry/Edwards rally in October, 2004:

And, yes!

Let's blast Imus about this!

Reporting anything from Drudge as fact should be pointed out to Imus.

6. If its a photoshopped pic, how would it expose MORE of her shoulder
in the second one?

It looks to me like the guy walked ahead further than she did exposing more of her shoulder. If it was photoshopped, her shoulder would look the same in both pics or show up even LESS than in the original. How or why would you ADD MORE of her shoulder by photoshopping?

I think you're wrong; its two different pictures.

7. It is two different photos.
You can see the bridge of the nose of the woman in Orange behind Clinton in Drudge Photo.

The only thing this supports is when and where. We need the other original, which appears to have been taken slightly "left" of the photo above.

The darkening is still the smoking gun that is was doctored.

8. The picture has been taken out-of-context (cropped) and darkened,
in an attempt to mislead, but thats all that was done. Its a picture from the back of an anti-Clinton book; Drudge has the story on his site. I doubt he's the one that darkened and cropped it though; he probably just posted it on his site as is.

Its bad enough the way its being used to try to mislead people, but it wasn't changed in the way suggested by the originator of this thread. That is misleading as well. The woman did kiss Clinton on the cheek, but just as a friendly gesture - thats all it was.

9. How does it compare to my photoshopped book cover?
My novel, Talk Radio, scheduled for release 8-13-05 also is a photoshopped cover. Imagine Rush Limbaugh in this place. The cover is on my website.
