CNN bias:whitewashes shooter {shot in air}protstng Cindy |
|
Edited on Mon Aug-15-05 12:40 AM by oscar111
really disgusting bias today: my paraphrase from memory
"A neighbor
DID HIS BEST
to discourage the protestors camped out near the Crawford White House. He shot his gun in the air to discourage them. "
If someone shoots in the general direction of another person, isnt that viewed as criminal violence?
Or is shooting "in the air" now OK in the US?
"did his best" is incredible slant. Introducing the violent element of gunplay into a peaceful situation is hardly doing one's best. ================ footnote: CNN radio, about midnight eastern time, Sun-Monday midnight. Does AOL still own CNN? Who owns AOL?

3. I have read of falling bullets killing folks. Comes down with |
|
great impact. Dont recall if it was a shotgun. Shotguns can fire a single large bullet, BTW if memory is correct.

8. shooting to frighten - a crime? |
|
regardless of whether falling shot would harm, isnt it a crime to try to frighten folks by shooting?
And beyond that matter, is the incredible slant put on it by CNN. "doing his best" is a lighthearted, positivist term. Has no business being applied to a thug injecting gunplay into a peaceful situation.

He would have been charged at least with Menacing. Too bad it wasnt up here in yankeeville. A jury of the people up here wouldnt take kindly to that kind of intimidation of people exercising their civil rights.

9. Imagine him shooting in your downtown area near a protest march |
|
in my downtown area, he would have been tackled and cuffed fast.
bail - none.
sentence - possibly a year in prison. Not sure on that.

I'm in Nassau County 1/2 hr away from NYC. Dont mess with New York. Even the cops are libruhl morans.
Of course Im kidding. Maybe exaggerating a little bit but hey...this is intimidation plain and simple. Im sure since he lives next to W he's "protected".
P.S. What the hell happened to my country?
