2. Citrus Flu Tonic. . .

Juice/blend the following for morning tonic--(try to buy organic)

1 grapefruit (plus some scraped pulp from inside rind)
2 oranges (same pulp idea)
1 lemon (pulp again)
1/4 inch ginger root, minced
1 tsp honey

Remove as many seeds as possible. Sip slowly.

Just the lemon alone does wonders because it makes your stomach more alkaline than acidic-upset, unlike most people think.
