where the hell is anybody--that they can't delete that or kick off the user?

2. Most newspapers don't employ anyone to police their message boards
This is one of the inherent problems with "interactive journalism."

3. Freedom of Speech
Yeah, I hate it when that pesky freedom of speech things get in the way. Freedom of speech means the freedom to be an idiot, to be racist or to be a thoughtful, well spoken person. For you to say this is a problem with interactive journalism is one of the most arrogant things I have ever heard. The KKK is just as entitled to their position as you are.
