The Pundits Are Dusting Off The Gore Attacks for Dean
That filthy GOP crone Mary Matlin applied the word "inconsistent" to Howard Dean about 75 times on 'Meet the Bush-Sucking Whore' yesterday. Many other right wing pundits are breaking out the "He doesn't know who he is" card on Dean. Jesus, they are so transparent!

1. It's called flailing in desperation...
...initially they were telling everyone they wanted to run against Dean, but now that he's gone from an * to the frontrunner, in supporters and fundraising, they are thrashing about like fish out of water. Bring it on!

3. At this point, I am a Clark supporter, but
it is truly amazing what depths the media sinks to. There was even a website that attributed a bunch of Dan Quayle quotes to Gore. Add that to the great American need to be stupid, and voila! Instant national idiocy.

BTW, I will support Dean big time if he is nominated - as any intelligent person should.

4. Hey Clark supporter...
...yeah, I know what you mean. The media attacks on Clark have been pretty despicable as well. All of the people running for President have enough of a record, in the course of their lives, that one could find things to disagree with without just lying and distorting things. I think we have an excellent field of candidates, each with their strengths, and I think that terrifies the Bushbots. They want to attack anyone that generates interest, but they don't want their attacks to come back and bite them in the butt. It takes a lot of suspension of disbelief for a Bushbot to criticize any candidate as a liar. None of them have lied us into a war, or lied us into massive debt...

5. The attacks are
despicable. I saw a "panel" on a Brit Hume show with the entire panel cutting down Dean, no token liberal for "fair and balanced" views. I am furious with the Democrats who are doing this. How stupid is it to try and destroy the guy who could very well be our nominee before the Republicans even get their chance? I came across a guy yesterday who said Dean had waffled on the Iraq war because he heard it from someone on NPR.
