Rush Limbaugh/Dennis Miller parallels.
In the early 90s, Rush Limbaugh didn't like George H. W. Bush's positions in favor of tax-hikes and affirmative-action.

George H. W. Bush gave treated Limbaugh to a night in the Linoln bedroom and a limosine ride and then Limbaugh started promoting George H. W. Bush on his show and even campaigning for him in person.

Dennis Miller used to be a liberal (and I don't know exactly when that changed) but recently George W. Bush at least helped increase his loyalty by letting Miller ride in Air Force One. On Dennis Miller's first show on CNBC, Miller said "I'm voting for Bush."

Rush Limabaugh and Dennis Miller were also both tv football announcers briefly.

2. What the hell happened to Dennis Miller?
He used to be funny, if a little esoteric. When did he become conservative?

3. Dennis Miller became a Republican shill while on SNL
I remember his first year or so, when he tried to sound like a liberal. Soon his true colors began to reveal themselves. It's been pretty clear that he's a Republican for about 20 years now.

4. passage of "I Rant, Therefore I Am," (2000) by Dennis Miller
passage of "I Rant, Therefore I Am," (2000) by Dennis Miller

"...the one thing Clinton has going for him is compassion. And you're about as likely to find a Republican who's connected to the need of women, minorities, and the poor as you are a naked chick silhouetted on a mud flap in the parking lot of the Lilith Fair."
