Anybody up for an e-mail campaign to the cable news outlets? Here's the message: I'm done watching you. I listened to Air America, and they are now my primary source of news and news analysis.

To CNN: your horrible shilling for bush in the Letterman/yawning kid incident was the last straw

To MSNBC: I watched you until you got rid of your best-rated program, Donahue, for obvious political reasons, and I've seen no reason to watch you since.

If enough of us send letters, they're bound to read a few on air.

2. Well...I like the idea. I used to watch a few minutes of CNN...

or MSRNC at night. But now that I can listen to Sirius Left...I listen to that instead (I now sleep better). Now we have another choice with Air America. So, at least if we want to listen to a little politics....which is what audience we are talking about....we do not have to watch 'Hannity and Colmes' any more.

during the war Colin Quinn called it Al Jazeera West.

And what the fuck! Al Jazeera is NOT in cahoots with any extremists. They just happen to be Arabic and based in Qatar (same country that has the US Central Command) so Al Qaida sends their tapes to them.

60 minutes is awesome. They have the courage to report stuff like Clarke and O'Neil. Their local stations air the Moveon ads.
