I want to put together a list of the core beliefs of Republicans. I mean the ones they really believe but cannot admit.

I will get the ball rolling:

1. Blacks and hispanics vote Democratic in large numbers because they are inferior and have a lower IQ.

2. If unions would just go away all companies would pay workers good wages and treat them with dignity and compasion.

The policies of the Republican party are similar to what you'd expect from one of the outright fascist parties in Europe; extremely "religious", introducing repressive and undemocratic legislation, chastisizing entire religions or peoples as barbaric and then bombs them, imperialistic conduct abroad without the tiniest regard for international law and the international community. institutionalises domestic racism, quenches all criticism of the head of State by demonising the critics as "unpatriotic" or "traitorous" (much like the terms "un-German" or "Communist" under Hitler), delegates all power to their friends in big business to repress rebellion through effective control of the unemployment rates...yes indeed, the Republican party bears tons of similarities with a regular fascist party here in Europe.

27. Golden Age myth

they would believe that there was once a Golden Age of American society where everybody was free. Then certain things happened that took that freedom away. The Golden Age ended, and now they must reclaim America and reinstitute a Golden Age. Often this GOlden Age is the 50's, other times its around the founding of the country - sometimes its both.

Generally race is thrown in as an achor point for the decline of their imaginary Golden Age. Race, class and sex seethe beneath the surface of any discussion with dedicated conservatives.

I just joined this forum recently and I must say I'm hooked, not like Rush Limbaugh hooked, that boy has a monkey on his back named hypocrasy. Before I replied to any threads I emailed the Big Kahunas of this site and asked a favor. I asked if I could "recruit" fellow liberals in taking our message to a Uber-Conservative website called DocWeasel.com, their forum section. They gave me the go ahead and I thank them for that. Seems while taking a break from their book burnings they delete every liberal post. In fact, todays new war on liberals started off with the moderators of that forum beginning a new tactic. Using my name to post fictitious replies. Sort of like soldiers sending letters to the editor they neither wrote or signed. I say we give them more than a few to delete. Join me in taking the TRUTH to www.Docweasel.com the forum section under political animal.

I looked at the Docweasel site and after viewing some of the other discussions it looks like a forum for "sophomoronic", underemployed business school graduates who spend all their time in bars trying to get laid. It also appeared that there were maybe 20 different contributors...what a joke.

As with so many of the so-called "conservative" lists most of these clowns come off as the researchers described them; narrow-minded, bigotted, selfish losers who revel in their own stupidity.
