I finally got some confirmation from an obit in the Houston Chronicle that Margie Schoedinger, the woman who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Bush last year, died in September.

...but many years ago there was a porn star named Savannah who shot herself in the head - and I would guess that porn stars are the vainest of the vain.

So I would say that the female-gunshot-to-the-head angle is definitely too circumstantial to raise questions on its own...
