Shopping for Union-made clothes

I am looking for casual clothes: mens jeans, shirts, sneakers, shoes and possible a winter jacket.

What brands should I be looking for? Is there a website with this information?

(Thanks in advance..)

1. I'm not too sure, but you might try Land's End at landsend.com

I think their clothes are made in America, but not sure if union-made. they make good, sturdy clothes, you will pay more, though.

3. check out American Apparel
http://www.americanapparel.net/

Made in Los Angeles, sweatshop free

I don't believe that they are union, but it sounds like they pay their employees good wages and offer good benefits.

5. Carhartt

Farmers and construction workers have been wearing Carhartt clothing for over 100 years. Nobody knows more about quality outdoor clothing, than those people. The clothes are not too stylish, but they're the most functional clothing you will ever own. Check the label, because I think they might be making some jackets overseas now, or at least with domestic non-union labor.

also, do a google search on "union made" clothing. There's quite a few webpages.
