1. That's not a statement...

...it's a series of statements or value judgements on rates of taxation toward certain arbitrary but yet undefined "classes". If you wanted to be correct, and not just advancing an agenda, you'd break them up into seperate poll questions.

"Are the 'poor' overtaxed?"

"Does the middle class pay too much in taxes?"

"Should taxes on the 'rich' be raised, lowered, or stay the same?"

"Should we bleed megabillionaires dry?"

"Should the middle class pay more in taxes?"

so forth...
