1. Hmm
85 seems high to me.... But P/E is damn low. Maybe it is a little undervalued. I'd give it a weak buy rating.

3. Can you suggest a better energy company?
I only homed in on Sunoco because it seemed to be in a trough.

4. Hmm...
I'm not an expert (just an econ major) but here are a few that seem pretty good.

SFY, TINY, or maye some coal play. Big coal has been in the news recently (for the wrong reasons) and there will probably be a big jump in their spending, which should pay off as the price of coal is high and there to stay.

The more I look at SUN, it looks smart though.

5. Apparently Oil Companies are Valued
based on reserves rather than on earnings. A lot of oil companies are not valued properly by the usual standards, but that will probably not change.

Buying an oil stock nowdays is almost like playing the futures market -- you're betting that the price of oil will continue to rise. This is by no means a sure thing -- think about the spike in prices last year followed by a sharp drop. Personally, I would be wary of that kind of a bet.

falling in Iran we could expect crude oil to skyrocket maybe, 130.00 dollars a bbl..WOW...
