2. 15000 per year per person - idea is to get tax free interest going |
|
for middle class - who get very little of the interest paid - and to then say - would it not be easier to simply not tax interest, gains, and dividends -
thereby making 90% of the tax the rich pay go away.
And only wages paid to the middle class would be taxed and thereby support the army we must raise to defend the property of the rich around the world.

You need MONEY TO PUT IN THE DAMN THING, something that is in short supply in most American pockets at the moment.

6. But your forget, this is not about helping people save. |
|
But it is in fact yet another sceam to heard public dollars into the privet stock market. With the dollar dropping (the weak dollar policy) it is making forien investments harder to come buy, and the "recovery is softening" (Remeber, its always in recovery.) So what they are trying to do is funnle more money into the stocks, once again inflating their value.

5. Sounds like a Canadian RRSP |

Simple yet elegant- all deposits are deducted from taxable income, all withdrawals are added to income. Used primarily by the middle class because you don't need an accountant to make it work. Benefits to the rich are minimal because they have far more lucrative tax shelters at their disposal.
