Entire B.C. Ferries fleet shuts down in labor dispute

Breaking now on CBC and Global ... looking for a link to post.
Union spokesman says on TV says ferries will resume only for holiday coverage Dec. 19-28, but only if the company lets them.

VICTORIA - It appears the B.C. ferry fleet has shut down.

... Loudspeakers at the Tsawwassen ferry terminal announced moments after noon that the 1 p.m. sailing would be the last of the day, then crackled back to life moments later with the news that even the 1 p.m. had been cancelled.

Travellers on the Vancouver Island side were also told the 11 a.m. would be the last of the day.
