Boy, does this have implications..that few ignored voices have been warning about.

Seems Citibank changed the amount of debt Ecuador owes, without telling Ecuador.
Sorta like they do with our credit cards.

Now watch the other S. America countries join in.

1. Luckily the US Banks have the
American Taxpayer to send the bill to. The banks collect the fees and interest for lending, we pay off the principal.
