Tax hike spurs investments. Tax hikes starts new jpbs and companies. They will find many skillful ways to evade paying taxes.. Money will be spent. Free stimulus plan. Right ? ? ?

That you can't raise taxes in a recessionary period. This is patently false, as many people have pointed out (most notably, Thom Hartmann every day almost on his radio show). Clinton raised taxes during a recessionary period and it was followed by the longest economic expansion and prosperity in this country's history.
The only argument that you can make against raising taxes on the wealthy is that in this particular period of extraordinary times and possible Depression, perhaps it is unwise to raise taxes on anyone for a year or two. I can wait a year until we go back to the Reagan top marginal tax rates and the Clinton capital gains tax rates, no qualms there.

"reinvest it, or loose it" tax package. A catchy name that says it all. We can add the new "CEO pay tax plan". All compensation over $500,000.00 will be tax at 80%. Then let me suggest the "America first tax". All companies doing business in America that have their headquarters in the Caymen Islands will be taxed doubled anyone else.
