I have for a long time watched the ratio of the spot prices of gold and silver. When one is disproportionately high, as silver is right now, that's a sell signal for me.
I had bought it at $9.32 BTW.

half as much as you claim, then you would have held...Silver has been lagging. Big time. When the US was on the gold standard the ratio was approx 24:1 hmmmmmmmmm you dumped at what? 60:1 Whoever you sold to made 3.75% in four (4) days. Your savvy underwhelms me.
