Anyone watching the Banker hearings now?
First up for questions is Blankfein of Goldman. He is defending and justifying what he did
( selling securities and then shorting them).
God, what an attitude he has.

1. I don't know why they even waste time with these hearings.
Goldman Sak's and friends run the place.

5. I thought this was supposed to be a "hard hitting" hearing
by Angelides....so far, the CEO's are just doing PR about their companies, dancing away from the questions, pleading ignorance of their role in any problems, etc.
Kabuki theater, so far.

6. When LB says we model the risks and say "what if"
he means, how can we make it happen to our benefit? :grr:

8. Comm. on break right now.
The banksters sure got defensive about putting "skin in the game" .
Now they are all standing around looking like angry mobsters, looking stiff and uncomfortable.
