2. i find it extremely interesting that Mr Geithner uses his years of "service" &
his "Patriotism" as proof positive of how he never did anything wrong re: AIG.

And of course, he was probably being so overly full of Patriotism during that time that he could not see his need to pay taxes as the Patriotism was just so damn fluffy he couldn't see over it!!

Oh the smooth talkers that get such top notch jobs.

Marcy Kaptur and her forcing Geithner to say the words of his Masster, "Goldman Sachs" (Again and again, and he is pissed at her.)

Kucinich of course.

And I even applaud the brilliance of Geithner. Right up front - he admits truthfully that neither he nor other members of the NY Fed were asked by AIG to help bail out AIG.

Of course they weren't. They were asked by Goldman Sachs!!!

6. Going to watch this right now. Thx.
Happened to catch a few minutes of Paulson getting seared under the lights and asking the chair for mercy - now you've got my hopes up for Geithner.

7. Geithner just did a photo op in Minneapolis (Honeywell thermostats)
promoting "Green manufacturing". Right after his grilling at the AIG hearing, which I watched all day on C-span. His appearance was reported on but not televised. Is this political tone deafness for Obama or Honeywell?
