Lehmen's ex-CEO "feels so bad" that everyone lost their retirement money.
And it wasn't his fault, he relied on other people.
And he never ever heard of Repo 105.
And the head of the Board of Directors is testifying right now, he "feels so bad" also.
He never heard about Repo 105 either.

Sad sad sad and no one at Lehman is really to blame, you understand.

THAT is the crux of the former Lehman zillionaire's testimony.
How DARE anyone accuse them of being at fault, also, you betcha.

I listened to hours of the testimony to bring you this update.

And we should look forward and put all this behind us, too, they say.

On the treadmill. He's the guy who got it half right.

Now, where's that guy with the guillotine? Get it right this time.

2. I know a lady who lost her retirement funds with Lehman. She was just
a middle class, middle aged woman, hoping for a nice retirement in a few years.

4. So let's see
They didn't have "clue" as to what was going on, yet they got how many millions in bonus's year after year while the meltdown was in progress! If they were, and still are, that stupid they need to give back every penny they got in bonus's to the people who did lose everything!

How anyone can run companies like this and the other financial companies that lost so much and claim to be so out of touch with what was going in is simply insane! Put them in jail and take away everything they own just like the Madoff and the others who also ran ponzi schemes and got caught!

7. Poor guy...he has to say it sitting in front of a Senate Comm.
not all of whom are friendly with him.
And he has a whistleblower AND Bill Black sitting close to him, staring at him with
truthful eyes and a no bullshit attitude.
Fuld is a nervous wreck. Has a serious Valium deficiency. Squirming a lot.
