Is your bank on this list of banks being "warned" by FDIC.?
The link to the list explains what the "cease and desist" orders mean.
Below that is a list of banks which have gotten notice of "prompt corrective action".
Those banks can end up on the failed bank list.

3. And you have to wonder: Where are BoA, Chase and Citi?
Considering that if they actually wrote down the real market value of their loans, they would find that they're insolvent as well.

4. They are exempt.
Under the major party contributor understanding of major party donors who finance the major party.

It has no restriction as to which party that may be. ;)

6. SO what if it is? So long as FDIC is alive and well
why should I waste time worrying about my bank? If they go under,
FDIC will reimburse every penny upto $100K. The limit was even higher
recently to $250k, not sure if that has expired.

7. Yeah the FDIC was one of the pillars of FDR's new deal
Thank God the RepubliCONS were unable to get rid of it. They also were unable to privatize Social Security. Imagine all those funds disappearing into the black hole of the Goldman Sach's scam. Most of the elderly would have been begging in the streets if not for Social Security and the bushes failure to throw our trust fund to Wall Street.
