6. Build new refineries? They're closing refineries down.
With as much profit as they're raking in why in hell would they increase production?

I think it's time to follow Hugo Chavez' lead and nationalize the petroleum industry for National Defense.

I wouldn't expect any poll from World Nut Daily to reflect reality. Now go wash your mouse, you naughty person.

However, I'd expect the booboisie to have higher numbers in that category, also, because that's who the networks tell them has caused the problem. Poor buggers simply aren't told about all those refineries that got mothballed during the 90s and that can be brought back on line any time the oil giants want to invest the money to do so.

It's in their interest to keep creating artificial shortages, and that's what we need to get out there whenever we hear somebody bitching at the pump. The media won't do it. It's up to US.
