Southern and Central Italy burning. Criminals and carelessness set woods on fire

Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sardegna, Marche and my Abruzzo, with Lazio, the most endangered and damaged regions.
In Abruzzo a Canadair fell during operations and Com. Andrea Golfera died. Seriously wounded the co-pilot.
Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria were also struck by fire in the last weeks.

It's a song that's repeated year after year. The dry warmth favours the flames and makes it harder to save the areas.
It's often criminals set woods on fire. They could be jailed for 4 to 10 years for willingly doing it. I'd give them 25 years.
But they're shadows, and they're rarely caught.

Maybe technology might be useful to monitor woods.
Something must be done.
