Bodman - Department Of Energy Will Have Energy Conservation Plan In Place By 2008 - ENN
Yay. We're all saved.

NEW ORLEANS -- The U.S. Department of Energy will have its plan for cutting energy use ready by next year, Energy Secretary Samuel W. Bodman said Wednesday.

His department should set an example in meeting President Bush's order to conserve energy and move to renewable sources, and for the nation as a whole, Bodman told the 2007 GovEnergy Conference, which teaches managers at all levels of government how to save energy.

Bush's executive order, signed in January, calls on all federal agencies to cut energy use 30 percent from 2003 levels by 2015, and to cut water use 16 percent from fiscal 2007 levels by then.

Bodman said a binding plan for all Energy Department sites will be in place by 2008.

1. The lynchpin of their plan:
Make medical care so rare and so expensive that a minimum of 25-40% of the US Citizens die as soon as possible. Any shortfall in that number will be made up by any war they can drum up and terrible veteran medical care.

3. This is great news
Ohio's new governor, Ted Strickland, started a program like this in March shortly after he took office. Many states and cities have already been doing this.
