Housing Complex To Get Power From Wind System (Maine)
http://www.wcsh6.com/news/article.aspx?storyid=68637

WINTER HARBOR (AP) -- A new wind-power system is going to generate electricity for a 16-unit housing complex in Winter Harbor.

The Maine State Housing Authority is cutting the ribbon Tuesday on the new system at the Mill Stream Heights complex.

A wind turbine system will provide electricity to the common areas of the property, and electricity to heat hot water for the tenants. That will also generate enough savings to reduce rents for the low-income households in the complex.

Governor John Baldacci calls it a "wind-win" situation.
