Hurricane Ike Slosh Model
Edited on Fri Sep-12-08 09:04 AM by loindelrio

Edit: 10% exceedance models.

Appears that the model assumes landfall right over Galveston/Texas City.

Note the tremendous runup at the TX/LA border around Port Arthur.

5. Updated Model - New Links
Edited on Fri Sep-12-08 10:36 AM by loindelrio

Appears that the model still assumes landfall right over Galveston/Texas City.

Landfall shifts SW toward Freeport, much higher surge in Galveston Bay will occur.
