To me it's the most beautiful place on Earth, and now acres and acres are flattened. Forests thousands of years old.. blow up for a few days of fuel.

The people I've talked to about mountaintop removal had no idea it was happening. One of them was my mom and she LIVES IN the Appalachians, the NC part. Some people just don't care but a lot of people don't even know.
