Black Butte: 17%
New Hogan: 26%
Camanche: 34%
New Melones: 48%
Hetch Hetchy: 67%
Don Pedro: 54%
Exchequer: 28%
Eastman: 9%
Hensley: 10%
Millerton: 45%
San Luis: 35%
Pine Flat: 23%
Kaweah: 19%
Success: 15%
Lake Isabella: 22%
Pyramid: 97% (WTF?)
Castaic: 77%

Group average: 59.7% (Which is disingenuous because they include regulating reservoirs such as Keswick in the total percent.)

1. Shasta and Oroville at 30% is just insane
That's even less than Melbourne, Australian- which is hovering at 32% for all sources
