Lack of snow cancels annual Race to the Sky

Unable to find 350 miles of navigable snow-covered trail, directors of the 20th annual Race to the Sky have canceled the dog-sled race.

Scheduled for Feb. 11-17, the race normally follows a course through the mountains between Lincoln, Ovando, Seeley Lake and Gold Creek.

... Their explanation: lack of navigable snow, unsafe trail conditions and long-range forecasts for unseasonably warm weather.

1. I live in upstate n.y and live for x-country skiing.This sucks...
And some how its shrubs fault, punishment for the Dominion theocracy.
