Tropical low 97L
is about 500 miles east of the Lesser Antilles and is moving at about 20mph. It's expected to strengthen tomorrow before running into an area of windshear, which may tear it apart. The system is expected to be near Cuba by Thursday. Details at Wunderblog

1. L97 is producing lots of rain and winds to 50mph
but windshear has increased and is disrupting organization. The weather service gives L97 a less than 30% chance of becoming a tropical storm.
